What is a custom domain and how do I set it up?
A custom domain lets you use your own brand for short links instead of clifo.ink — for example, go.yourcompany.com/promo. To set it up: upgrade to Professional, go to the Domains section, add your domain name, and point its CNAME DNS record to Clifo. Setup takes 5 minutes; DNS propagation takes up to 24 hours.
Does Clifo charge per link or per click?
No. Clifo charges a flat monthly fee. All plans include unlimited link creation and unlimited click tracking — no per-link or per-click fees, no overage charges.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period, then you revert to the free plan.
What does the Corporate plan include?
